Nic has been a working henna artist since 1998, with more than 12 years experience. He specializes in Moroccan design, and is skilled in the creation of other regional design styles like Indian, Persian, Arabic, and Mauritanian. He is known internationally for his finely detailed and exactingly neat henna work, and strives to continue improving his art. Nic has been a featured lecturer at the Northeast Henna Gathering for the past two years, and is currently teaching comprehensive courses in Moroccan henna design all over the country. He is the co-author of Moor: A Henna Atlas of Morocco, the first book of it's kind detailing the Moroccan henna tradition and featuring over 100 authentic Moroccan henna patterns. Nic is also a co-founder of HennaTribe, a henna artist's organization promoting the creation of community among henna artists worldwide.
Nic is available for all types of events, parties, private appointments, and bridal work. He is based in Boston and regularly travels to New York, San Francisco, and other major US cities to work at special events, as well as give lectures and attend henna artist's gatherings.
